The Bank

Located in King street, Rutherglen behind the town hall. If you get off the train station turn right at the Salvation army hall & it's 75 yards on the right. Plenty of parking space behind the building and you can catch a bus in the Main street two minutes away. The bus takes about 5 minutes to get to Hampden, or 20 minute walk. Big lounge and good beer.

Dixies.

Just along from the bar above about 100 yards. Good clean pub with outdoor sitting/smoking area. Owned by the ex Celt & family. Good sized pub with good fresh beer. Bookies & banks close by. Just a few parking areas though.

International bar, Aitkenhead road,Polmadie

Right on the main road to Hampden heading from the town, it takes about 10-15 minutes to walk to the park, good beer and taxi rank right across the road and a bus stop right outside if you want to go into town or upto the park. A busy shop and the staff try their best.

The Linnodee, Rutherglen Main street.

At the very end of the Main street heading towards Hampden. A busy wee shop with an enjoyable atmosphere, about 11-15 minutes walk from Hampden. Small & sometimes chokablock.

The Millcroft, Rutherglen Main street

Just at the end of the Main street toward Hampden, ample parking and serves food(good stuff), Big pub with outside smoking areas and friendly staff. You don't have too long for a beer. Next to bookies and across from the Linnodee. Handy for buses to the park .

The Beechwood, Aitkenhead road.

Just across the road from Hampden. Always busy on match days, you need to be early to grab a seat in here but it's very handy. The away support visit here to. 10 min's and your in the park.

The Florida Park, Battlefield road.

Very close to Hampen and across from the high flats. If it's a Saturday match you better be quick. Always chokkers and great for a wee sing song. Away support usually stumble into this one as it's on the main route into the area. 5 min's and your in the park.
